At Shortcuts Salon, I believe in a true partnership when it comes to your hair appointments. It's a 50/50 relationship where we work hand in hand. Here's what you can expect:

I will provide expert advice on hair care tailored to your unique needs, along with recommendations for products that will maintain the health and radiance of your hair.

Upon scheduling an appointment, you're making a commitment to follow these personalized hair care instructions. This ensures that the incredible results we achieve together will last long and stay vibrant.

Policies

Appointment Policy: Respect and Consideration

At Shortcuts Salon, my aim is to provide the best scheduling experience for all of my valued guests. To ensure seamless service for everyone, the following policies are in place:

Cancellation Policy & No Call/No Show: I kindly ask for a 48-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other guests. If changes are made within the 48-hour window, a fee equal to 50% of the booked services will be applied. This fee must be settled before scheduling future appointments.

In cases of a "no call/no show," a fee equal to 50% of the booked services will be applicable. This fee also needs to be settled before future appointments can be scheduled.

On-Time Appointments: Life can be unpredictable, and I understand that. However, to provide the best service to everyone, I reserve the right to adjust or cancel appointments that haven't begun within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. This ensures that all appointments stay on track and avoids cascading delays.

These policies are put in place with respect to your time and the time of other guests. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated. Let's ensure that every appointment is a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Currently, I offer my services to guests aged 12 and over, ensuring that each person receives the exceptional experience they deserve when visiting my salon.

Just You: Your time in my chair is invaluable, and I want to give you my full attention. It's a moment for you to relax and focus solely on yourself. Let's create a personalized experience that's tailored to your needs.

Service Discretion: Please note that I reserve the right to decline any service at any time. This allows me to ensure that every service provided aligns with my expertise and commitment to delivering the best results.

At Shortcuts Salon, Iā€™m proud to offer a space that's welcoming, safe, and educated. Everyone is embraced and valued here, regardless of who you are. My commitment is to create an inclusive atmosphere where all are welcome to explore their beauty and self-expression.

Guest Satisfaction

I strive to offer my guests the best service possible. If you are having challenges with a service you have received from me, please let me know within 7 days of your service date. If it is determined that I missed the mark in the execution of your services, I will correct the issue at no additional charge. If you are simply looking for a different result than what was agree upon in your consultation, I will be happy to quote you a refinement rate which will allow us to shift your look based on your new goals. I will make every effort to get you back into the salon within 7 days of your request.

*Please note that if you do not notify me within 7 days of your concern, the Guest Satisfaction policy becomes null and void and all services are subject to all regular pricing.

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase provided there is at least 80% of the product remaining.

Retail purchase refunds are not available. I will exchange your purchased product for another product that I believe is better suited to meet your needs and goals.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for any products that were shipped to you directly by our salon.
